How are my leads delivered?
Leads are instantly delivered to your e-mail account as they become available for your states. Leads are delivered in plain text format.
 

How fresh are the leads?
Since leads are inserted into the database as soon as a consumer hit's"submit" and then filtered to meet your criteria some leads are less than a minute old.
 

Can I replace a bad lead?
Yes! If you have a lead that fits the following criteria, you may submit the lead for replacement:
- The consumer has given us bad contact information (i.e. phone number not n service)
- The lead is a fictitious person
- The lead is a duplicate
  
How are leads generated?
All leads are generated from a network of our own Internet sites and affiliate relationships. Consumers find our sites in a way similar to the way most Brokers and Agents find us, through a search engine like Yahoo or Netscape. All data provided is straight from the consumer, not manipulated by a telemarketer. 
  
What are the closing results?
Our clients report back that 18-45% of the leads we provide result in sales in the short term. That's not even considering the possibility of other closings at a future date the ability to gain referrals from these leads. Remember, once the lead is yours, you may continue to re-market to the consumer to potentially make a consumer that is sitting on the fence into a customer!
